To get this look all you have to do is polish your
thumb,
index, and middle fingers
of your “cocktail hand” (or your dominate hand)
a
sparkle or glitter nail polish color.
As for the rest of the fingers on that
hand
and on the other hand
paint a “regular” color
(nothing glittery or sparkly)
& your done =)
